Technicial Specifications

• They are intensely used in big project (such as power plant constructions, refinery constructions etc.). They can be mounted in the girder flanges up to 44mm (+-1) thickness.
• They are used in pairs each side of the girder flanges. One side is fixed on the steel girder and the other part grips the ø48mm outside diameter scaffolding tube.
• The top cap which grips the tube is drop forged. The body which is fixed to the steel girder is made from metal sheet. There are 2 bolts and 1 nut in different dimensions on the product. It is produced in right angle.
• It provides maximum reliability with its high durability and long lasting enduring. The spanner which will be used for screwing the nut is no: 21 for the set up of the product.
• It is electro galvanised against the corrosion risk which would lower the performance.
• It complies with the English tube standard bs 1139.
• Average weight is 1,35 kgs (+-0,10 kg).
